An Overview of Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA)
SAPAA is a non-profit trade association whose members represent alcohol and drug testing service agents, including third party administrators (TPAs), in-house administrators, medical review officers (MROs), DHHS Certified Laboratories, Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs), producers of testing devices, and collection sites/collectors.
Our membership includes portrayal from each of the 50 states and Canada in the entirety of the above professions. SAPAA is focused on providing members with up-to-date information concerning regulatory changes, state issues, industry trends, and member discounts on training courses and conferences.

Member organizations are comprised of voting and non-voting, outlined below. Membership in SAPAA has been established on a calendar year, and is valid from January 1–December 31.
