In-person life coach training involves a 2-day course that is interactive and engaging. The online training meets live for 2 hours on three days. Additionally, there are videos, homework assignments, and readings that must be completed each week. Both the in-person and online trainings provide 12 hours of training, which is a CDC requirement.
