Construction Industry Training Council of Washington Overview
CITC’s four-year Plumbing Program is designed to help students become familiar with the intricate details of plumbing repairs and installations. Four-hour classes are held once a week.
Students who complete at least 216 hours within a year receive a Certificate of Completion to Journeyman Level. The standard educational program involves four levels, and a fifth level is available for state-registered plumbing apprentices taking classes through CITC.
