An Overview of Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA)
SAPAA is a non-profit trade association whose members represent alcohol and drug testing services, including third-party administrators (TPAs), in-house administrators, medical review officers (MROs), DHHS Certified Laboratories, Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs), producers of testing devices, and others.
SAPAA is focused on providing members with up-to-date information concerning regulatory changes, state issues, industry trends, and member discounts on training courses and conferences.
How to Join Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA)
Member organizations are comprised of voting and non-voting, outlined below. Membership in SAPAA has been established on a calendar year, and is valid from January 1–December 31.

NON-VOTING
• Retired ($25)
